Internet Hosting, Domain and Security

Our hosting partners are based in Manchester UK, and Fremont, California USA.

We have three UNIX servers built for mission critical applications and located in Manchester Telecity, and we offer a 99.5% uptime Service Level Agreement. Those clients with a bandwidth requirement greater than 10GB per month are hosted on our Fremont server.

Our servers are monitored for connection, page serving, loading and database availability from six locations around the world, every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We have hosted web applications with only 15 minutes downtime in the last 3 years.

Our clients' web sites and applications are backed up daily onto tape, with data stored for three days: ample time for us to restore our systems. Our content management systems also have real time backup, which clients can request be directly sent to their desktop machines.

Domain Registration: we can register all Top Level Domains and most sub domains, and can offer advice on UK specialised subs such as ac.uk.
